Dribbble

Well after what felt like forever I somehow managed to get drafted to the invite-only design community that is Dribbble.com!

I have tried and failed before to get an invite but today was the big day, I came across Iain MacDonald via Twitter who mentioned he had two invites for Dribbble and if you were interested, to post what you had to him and he’d take a look and let you know if you got one or not.

This kinda deal happens a lot via Twitter, and so it should really, the website is invite only and invitations aren’t giving out all the time by the websites moderators, so by having your work almost reviewed by someone already on Dribbble kinda means if you’re good enough, you’re in, if not – your not in.

I found out later that what sealed the deal for Iain was my PS3 Gamercard Redesign that I posted here back in February – it looks like my request in that post (hope this helps me get a Dribbble invite) finally happened!

I may now add a Dribbble link to my main menu as it will be much easier to post future projects on there for all to see – stay posted!
